The young wizard's adventures continue in Book IV of the series, which will be published on July 8th. A great place to start is www.scholastic.com/harrypotter, where you can learn about the books, meet author J.K. Rowling and take a Wizard Trivia test. You can also discuss the books with other kids who've read them and even download a Harry Potter screensaver.

At www.harrypotter.com, you can see what's happening behind the scenes of the new Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone movie that's being made by Warner Bros. It's due in theaters November 16th, 2000. Right now, the site has an interview with the film's director and a casting call for kids who'd like to be in the movie!

A visit to www.hagridshut.com will get you the complete rules of Quidditch and let you meet the wild Harry Potter characters. This is a very creative site, hosted by one of the characters himself, Hagrid Rubeus, groundskeeper of Hogwarts school. You can even become a Hogwarts student and send in homework assignments (stories and other creative writing).

You can write book reviews, read what other kids have to say about the books and learn how to make a cool Harry Potter Monopoly game.
